Republic of Moldova and Canada signed cooperation agreement
The Republic of Moldova and Canada signed an Agreement to promote the protection of the investments. The document was signed by Tudor Ulianovschi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration and François-Philippe Champagne, the Canada Minister for International Commerce, in Ottawa.
Todor Ulianovschi thinks that the agreement is a great achievement for the relationship of these two countries.
"During the past years, the Republic of Moldova Government implemented a vast range of strategies that provided an attractive environment for investors, especially, the free economic zones and the IT parks. I think that the FIPA agreement is a good opportunity for the companies from Canada", said Tudor Ulianovschi.
The Agreement was appreciated by François-Philippe Champagne, who highlighted that this document is important both for the Republic of Moldova and Canada.
"Today, the cooperation between the two countries achieved great results", said François-Philippe Champagne.
Tudor Ulianovschi and François-Philippe Champagne discussed about the economic priorities of the two countries on the economic and commercial level.
At the end of the discussion, François-Philippe Champagne accepted Ulianovschi's invitation to Moldova.
