Former independent candidate ruing for Mayor, Silvia Radu declared that the decision taken by Chisinau court, Centru office, to not validate Andrei Năstase's mandate is both surprising and confusing.

In a Facebook post, Silvia Radu believes that the breaches were not grave enough for this decision to be taken. According to her, this decision affects the City and endangers the projects that are being unfolded.

"The decision taken yesterday by the court is both surprising and confusing. I have not seen the reasons, but I doubt the breaches were grave enough. At this moment, the city suffers. By each passing day, without a Mayor, the unfolded project are endangered. I hope everything will be soon made clear, in the High Court and Chisinau will have the Mayor it chosen, who will begin solving the city's problems" Silvia Radu wrote.
