The magistrates announced that Nastase is not the mayor yet.
The local elections for Chisinau City Hall mayor were not declared valid, because Andrei Nastase, the PPDA candidate and Ion Ceban, the PSRM candidate made electoral agitation of the silence day.
"We will contest this decision", said Andrei Nastase.
