In four months, the Rose Valley park will host a skateboard ground. This will lay on a 30 Aries surface and the municipality invested almost five million lei for it. According to the chief of Capital Building direction, the arranging works of the skate-park will start in August.

"We need 600 cubic meters of concrete for this ground. We want this skate-park to reach European standards", said Alexandru Panfilii, the chief of Capital Building Direction.

The zone will be under video surveillance and it will be lengthened. The young who practice skateboard appreciate this initiative.

According to the project, in this zone there will also be renovated grounds for football, basketball, handball, tennis, badminton and volley. The municipality will invest over one million lei for these projects.
