Three Moldovans participated at Mont Blanc marathon, a route of 91 kilometers on the highest top of Alps.

Ionica Dicusari arrived to the finish in less than 18 hours, while Valeriu Arnautu and Iulian Bercu in 20 hours.

The sportsmen started at an altitude of 1 000 meters, at Chamonix station and arrived at a height of 2 400 meters. They surrounded the Mont Blanc valley.

The marathon took 24 hours. The road was difficult and had a lot of thick roads and portions covered by snow. The 1 142 participants needed to obey rough rules.

Each of the participants had a bad and the required equipment, among what a cell phone, a liter of water, a jacket, a lantern and a whistle.

Today, at 8 am on Mont Blanc top was organized another race, where 2 300 people participate. Tomorrow starting 7 am, 2 700 sportsmen start a 42 kilometers long race.
