Andrian Candu: EU din't say officially that first tranche within Macro-financial Assistance program will be canceled
Moldova wasn't announced officially about suspending the 30 million Euro worth trance within the Macro-financial assistance project. This declaration as made by Andrian Candu, the president of the Parliament, within Fabrika talk show. The chief of the Parliament mentioned that even if the decision was taken after the invalidation of Chisinau elections, he doesn't understand why they sanction the Government, as in March, the EU appreciated the first ten conditions implemented by Moldova.
"The resolution to be voted has more recommended characters. The Commission could make some decisions before the resolution. Besides the officials, we discussed with political groups, we discussed with PAS, PPDA, PLDM, we asked them why they went to the extreme. The answer was quite a fool, "so we want to punish you with the current government, and citizens will see, and Maia Sandu will win in the next parliamentary election", said Andrian Candu, the president of the Parliament.
Andrian Candu said that even if we won't receive the money, the Governance will continue to implement reforms.
"We talk about the money that needed to be invested in our country in order to implement reforms. Surely, we will finish all the reforms we scheduled. But, anyway, the Republic of Moldova and its citizens suffer, because these won't be implemented in time", said Andrian Candu.
The chief of the legislative mentioned that soon there will be created a working group to analyze the elections legislation.
"We should analyze the election law and maybe change it. Now, we discuss with out colleagues from the Government and we want to talk with the civil society about it. Maybe we will annul the restrictions on the elections day", said Andrian Candu, the President of the Parliament.
The President of the Parliament also said that soon, some officials from the USA will pay official visits to our country.
