The EU Justice Court won't publish the personal data anymore. The decision entered into force starting this months and refers to the persons involved in preliminary cases.

As a result, the first and last names will be replaced by their initials. The European magistrates say that the new measure will change the way of examining the files.

In October of last year, the Superior Council of Moldovan Magistrate approved a regulation that provides the lack of personal data on the web site of the institution, when it comes to closed trials.

For example, the cases where the minors are involved, court cases dealing with commercial secrecy and the right to private life, but also when the judge decides whether personal data will not be made public.

The approved regulation was drafted in accordance with the principles of the European Convention on Human Rights.
