The roads from 40 villages in Drochia district started to be repaired. The repair works are evolved within "Good roads fro Moldova" project launched by the Government. The villagers from Cotova are glad that they got rid of the holes.

"Our village was a mess. Thanks Vlad Plahotniuc and the Democratic Party."

"We are very glad."

The man road is eight kilometers long and wasn't renovated for 30 years. The work costed 2,8 million lei.

"The renovation of the road from Cotova village was necessary, because it connects the man institutions: schools, City Hall, kindergarten", said Fiodor Vortolomei, the mayor of Cotova village.

Chetrosu village was also renovated, as it connects the village with Drochia-Balti highway.

"We are like in a city."

In Mandac village, 1,5 kilometers of road were repaired.

"It is good for us, for drivers to go on such roads. It feels like in Europe", sad Ludmila Grigor, the director of Mandac gymnasium.

The road from the entrance in Drochia started to be repaired too. 

"This rood is of a great need for the village", said Dumitru Marcu, the mayor of Drochia village.

Till October, 40 roads will be repaired. In this sense, the Government allocated 46 million lei. 

Within the Good roads for Moldova project, 1200 kilometers of road will be repaired. The project is worth 1,6 billion lei. It was launched at the initiative of Vlad Plahotniuc, the preisdent of DPM.
