Employees of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, which in April received from the hands of Prime Minister Pavel Filip the symbolic keys of the service apartments, first stepped houses. It's about seven firefighters and rescuers who came to see their homes today. These were offered in a public-private partnership project initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Ion Bantaş, who has been working for eight years in the Experimental Fire Testing Laboratory, is eager to move to his new home with his family.
"It is welcome for me and my family, a reason to stay home, to raise our level of professionalism and further. Positive emotions that do not describe", said Ion Bantaş, IGSU employee.
Lilian Glodea was glad to see his house. Until now, his family and their three children rented a flat. In the new apartment offered by the Ministry of the Interior they will be able to live for free.
"Very spacious kitchen I have benefited from this apartment because I have been working in the field since 2010. That is, I have a period and experience", said Lilian Glodea, a firefighter.
By drawing lots, the beneficiaries learned the number of the dwelling and on which floor they would live.
Apartments with one or two rooms received by firefighters and rescuers will not be privatized. IGSU employees will live free for them while they are hired in the system.
By the end of 2019, another 47 of their colleagues could benefit from the service dwellings.
