If the parliamentary elections are held next Sunday, only four parties would join the Parliament. Members' seats could be split between PSRM, PAS, PDM and PPDA. At least that's what the results of a survey made by the International Republican Institute in the United States shows.
According to the research, the socialists are stepping on the spot, Maia Sandu's party is losing citizens' confidence, and PDM and PPDA are on the rise.
Thus, 36 percent of the respondents would vote for the socialists, 16 percent for PAS and the Democratic Party would take 9 percents of the votes.
PDM rose by one percent, compared to IRI's survey in March.
After the May-June electoral campaign, the PPDA recorded an advance and reached 9%.
At the same time, PAS lost four percentage points of the potential votes. Under the electoral threshold, the Communists and the USSR remain with three percent.
The party led by Renato Usatîi would take only 2%.
Liberals would get one percent and liberal-democrats - less than one percent.
The survey was conducted between May and June, on a sample of 1517 people. The study has a margin of error of 3 percents.
