Within the weekly session of the Democratic Party from Moldova, Vlad Plahotniuc came up with comments on the shortcomings of the Unique Counter.
"Another subject we discussed today is the Unique Counter that targets to help people to process the documents in a short period without going from an institution to another. The unique counter doesn't work the way it should work. There are cases where the employees of the unique counter don't have the required behavior. People complained that they face enormous rows. Of course, there are some issues with the schedule that is not that comfortable for the citizens.
Today, we invited the leading of the Public Services Agency and told them about this problem. We asked them to solve it as soon as possible. Also, we requested the Agency to make a questionnaire regarding the quality of the services. This way, we will know the grievances of the citizens and find a way to improve it", said Vlad Plahotniuc, the president of the Democratic Party from Moldova.
PUBLIKA.MD reminds that the Public Services Agency was created by the Government at the end of April. The new structure has the responsibilities of the State Registration Chamber, the Licensing Chamber, the State Enterprise "Cadastre" and the Civil Status Service.
