Andrei Nastase doesn't like First House project. What does PPDA leader say about it?
Andrei Nastase, the so called owner of many houses is worried that the Government pays the young Moldovans and the families a part of the flat within First House project, writes politics.md.
The PPDA leader, Andrei Nastase doesn't like the First House project of Pavel Filip. Within a press conference, he said that this project is a populist one.
"This is a populist initiative", said Andrei Nastase.
Meanwhile, the reality comes against Nastase's declarations. The First House, First House 2 projects are a success.
Thus, 195 beneficiaries have already taken loans within First House and First House 2 project.
The official data shows that the total value of the loans is over 92 million lei.
At the same time, the Government announced the First House 3 project. Within this project, the families with one child will have 10% discount, the ones with 2 - 20% and the ones with 3 - 50%, while the families with 4 children will have a discount of 100%. The loan should be paid within 18 years.
