Three persons investigated within ASEM file received 30 more days of home arrest. The decision were announced at the end of the last week by the Chisinau Court, Buiucani headquarter.

Two other persons investigated within the file were obliged to leave the country and a suspect was searched under judicial control.

Firstly, nine persons were detained, among whom teachers and intermediaries.

The suspects were detained at the beginning of June. They are suspected of organizing a plan to pay for the exams.

Totally, over two million lei were seized by the NAC officers.

The prosecutors started many penal causes of passive bribery and influence peddling.
