A 22 year old man murdered a woman and her daughter and set the dead bodies on fire.

The tragedy took place at the beginning of July in a forest between Parlita and Dumbraveni villages, on Soroca-Floresti road.

According to the General Police Inspectorate, the 42 year old woman and her 15 year old daughter went to catch a car and go to a village. A young man stopped and picked them up. Suddenly, the woman started to argue. When they arrived at the edge of the forest, the teenager went out of the car and then her mother followed her. The man stopped and went in the forest to search for them. The woman was found at a kilometer away.

To hide the remnants, the man burned the dead bodies. The dead body of the woman was found on August 1.

In three day, at one kilometer distance, the police found the second body.
