A doctor was detained within Tomogram II criminal file and will spend behind bars the next 30 days. 

On August 13, the magistrates of the Court of Appeal will decide on the sentence regarding the chief of section at the Institute of Mother and the Child, who was arrested for 30 days.

Prosecutors have challenged the first-instance decision, requesting the pre-trial detention of the head of the unit with his detention in the CNA isolator.
