100 families from Capital risk to lose the apartments they invested in
One hundred families from Capital risk to remain without apartments, even if they invested tens hundred Euro. Their problems began after the construction company went into insolvency, and people could not become homeowners. The beneficiaries say that the company should have gave them the flats two years ago.

"They promised us that everything will be okay and then they didn't even reply to the calls. We will judge them."
The lawyer who represents the residents say that they risk to lose everything.
"If they do not file a claim for admission, according to the law of insolvency, they risk losing the amounts invested. These amounts could not be recognized and would not have been entered in a table of claims",said Ion Ciumac, lawyer.
