The authorities couldn't fulfill their promise. They said they will open the road near the Balti Railway Station on August 10 and didn't do it.

The situation worried the citizens, especially the drivers who are urged to over pass it and this is why they lose a lot of fuel. The local authorities avoid to explain why they didn't obey the terms.
