Ludmila Kozlovska is the president of the Open Dialog Fundation. She is from Ukraine. Now, Ludmila Kozlovska was expelled from Poland and EU. 

According to Salon24 publication, Ludmila Kozlovska arrived in Ukraine on Tuesday evening, after she was included in the Schengen Information System, where she had the greatest indicator, that means the immediate deportation of the person from EU.

Ludmila's organization is a Poland NGO that makes lobby to the European Council and for the parties of Maia Sandu and Andrei Nastase, but also, Veaceslav Platon, the No.1 raider in the CSI.

According to Timpul.md and the Warsaw press, they made an investigation which proved that Ludmila Kozlovska makes lobby for the Republic of Moldova opposition. In Bruxelles, it is funded by Mukhtar Ablyazov oligarch.

At the same time, Financial Times British newspaper writes that the Republic of Moldova entered in the eye of Open Dialogue after Veaceslav Platon was detained. The English journalists wrote that the foundation offered lawyers to other alleged political prisoners, including Renato Usatîi or the leader of the Antifa extremist movement, Grigore Petrenco. Also, the organization is famous for the aggressive lobby made within the European institutions against the main political enemies of Russia in the Eastern Europe, Poland and Ukraine. Also, this organization supports the opposition from Chisinau. They fund the PAS and PPDA leaders' journeys in Strasbourg and Bruxelles. Thus, Maia Sandu and Andrei Nastase and other well-known persons from Moldova, such as Natalia Morari, Alexandru Machedon or Ana Ursachi lawyer were surprised participating at activities funded by Ablyazov.

Also, in December of last year, the NGOs that defend the Chisinau oppositions were accused within a report presented in the European Parliament that are involved int he Russian hybrid war. The authors of the document accused Kozlovska that she was co-opted by Russian special services to divert Europe.

PUBLIKA.MD reminds that two months ago on the social media appeared a video that shows that Ludmila Kozlovska is the mistress of Mukhtar Ablyazov. The video was found by the Kazakstan journalists and the reporters asked Ablyazov to comment on the situation, but they didn't receive any replies. Ludmila Kozlovska says that this video is fake.
