The criminal file of the young murdered at a pool from Hancesti was sent to court. Thus, the chief of the Hancesti criminal police and the owner of the rest place where the tragedy took place will be on the bank of the accused.

The case took place on June 21, when three decided to rest at the pool without asking for the administrator's permission.

According to the prosecutors, the owner asked the policeman to find out the ones who enter the territory of the rest place and cause damages. As a result, the two of them organized an ambuscade at the pool.

The prosecutors found out that the two used the guns, even if they weren't in danger. Thus, one of the three was seriously wounded and died fast.

The policeman and the owner of the rest place were detained and arrested.

If found guilty, the policeman risks up to 15 years in prison and the owner of the pool 6 years behind the bars.
