The Cabinet of Ministers approved today several Methodologies for streamlining state control and supervision of entrepreneurial activity according to the competencies of the National Carriage Agency (ANTA), the Civil Aviation Authority (ACC) and the Naval Agency ). According to the Methodology on state control over entrepreneurial activity on the basis of risk analysis in the areas of ANTA control, the competencies of the institution are: road transport; activities related to road transport and training, training and professional attestation activities; the protection of consumers in the field of road transport, transport related activities and training, training and professional attestation activities.

"The stipulations of the project will create an optimal system of state control of the entrepreneurial activity in the field of road transport and related activities. This will ensure the state control within the objective needs, minimizing the influence of the control bodies as far as possible when deciding to perform control", explained Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, Chiril Gaburici.

Also, the Government approved the State Control Methodology for entrepreneurial activity on the basis of risk analysis in the areas of competence of the WSS. According to the document, the areas of competence of the Authority are: aviation security and flight safety; consumer protection in the field of air transport and related activities; safety and health at work in the field of air transport and related activities.

At the meeting was approved the Methodology of state control over the entrepreneurial activity on the basis of the analysis of the risk criteria in the control areas of the National Agency, namely: naval transport and activities related to the maritime transport; consumer protection in the field of shipping and related activities, surveillance of the market for craft and marine equipment.

"In addition to setting and grading the criteria for each of the Agency's areas of work, the project also provides for the application of risk criteria to individuals, the preparation of the control plan following the risk assessment, rules on the establishment and maintenance of the data necessary for the application of the risk criteria, as well as provisions on the preparation of the control visit. Thus, an optimal system of state control of the entrepreneurial activity in the field of shipping and related activities will be created", pointed out Chiril Gaburici.
