Three young people from Chisinau are investigated by policemans after they were caught stealing fuel from a car.

Their detention happened while the Battalion for Patrolling and Operational Reaction officers checked the streets and courtyards in the capital.

The suspects are between 17 and 24, they were observed right at the time of the crime. The incident happened on a street in the Botanica sector.

Undertaking a check, law enforcement officials detected several plastic vessels and a hose that were used during the eviction of the fuel.

Subsequently, the young people were taken to the Inspectorate of Police for audition.

If they are found guilty, they risk being fined or imprisoned for up to 2 years.
