Nine drivers from the Riscani sector of the capital woke up this week with the rear windows, and some of them left without their personal belongings.
Eight breaks occurred in the perimeter of Alecu Russo streets, Florilor Street and Bogdan Voievod. An attempted theft was also in the Poşta Veche neighborhood, but the person was detained.
"During the week, nine cases were recorded, two cases were classified as offenses, and the other cases were contraventions. Over the course of the night, two citizens' complaints were made regarding the breakage of cars. In one case, the person was retrieved during the theft or attempted theft", said Ruslan Ceban, Deputy Head of IP Râşcani.
According to the police, the person detained last night has nothing to do with previous breaks. Following the offenses, the biggest damage to an owner is 3,500 lei.
