These days, the National Patrol Inspectorate fined the drivers who encroached the driving rules. 

Last night, people of the law stopped a drunk driver. The man didn't want to get out of the car, as he said he wasn't driving.

The driver received a penal case and the police officers took off his driving license. This morning, the inspectors stopped a minibus on Balti-Edinet route, as it was too full.

People say that they need to go to work and should fit in a single car.

Many drivers say they don't know anything about the new rules.

"The majority of the accidents took place, because the drivers were drunk", said Radu Lachei, INP officer. 

 Starting this year, in the north region of the country, 242 accidents took place and 45 people died, while 287 were injured.
