According to the law, the man produced and processed sunflower oil in the absence of documents that would allow this type of activity to be carried out. Moreover, the man escaped from paying taxes and taxes to the state, damaging the state by about 700,000 lei.
Following the searches at the oil processing section in the village of Slobozia-Duşca, 3 tons of oil, 1,000 labels and boxes for their packaging were discovered and erected. All of these had no origin, and the oil was to be sold on the domestic market.
The oil was removed to perform the necessary analyzes and quality assurance.
If the man is found guilty, the man risks a fine of 24,000 lei.
