Ion Druţă turns 90 today. Monica Babuc congratulated great writer
The great writer Ion Druta is now 90 years old. The author is considered one of the most talented and appreciated novelists and novelists of our country. His first stories were published in the early 50s of the last century.
The best known works are "Leaves of Lost," "Our Kindness of Goodness" and "Last Autumn Month". Minister of Education, Culture and Research, Monica Babuc, wished the master "Happy Birthday" on his facebook page.
Babuc wrote that Ion Druţă's work is an expression of spiritual and moral resistance to everything that undermines the National, the Human and the Sacred, and the truths said by the writer determined the stormy development of the national revival movement in the Republic of Moldova.
"Today, the writer Ion Druta celebrates his 90th birthday, when, by creating his work, the writer has surely ensured a place of honor on the Olympics of national literature.
"The Big House," "Pastor's staff," The burden of our goodness "," Waxes of walnut "," Doina "," Leaves of Desire ", Samariteanca," Last Autumn Moon "," Bell "," Birds of Our Youth " only a few inspirational titles of the druid writings, about which Mihai Cimpoi, the extraordinary literary critic, wrote: "By its essential characteristics, Ion Druta's work is an expression of SPIRITUAL AND MORAL RESISTANCE in front of everything undermining the NATIONAL, HUMAN, SACRED" .
This resistance, manifested plenarly by Ion Druta, including at the Third Congress of Writers through his memorable and courageous speech in support of our national values, has been a first serious impetus to the restoration of our dignity. Later, in the years of "perestroikai", the truths of Druta, his work in general, determined, without a doubt, the stormy development of the national revival movement in the Republic of Moldova.
Theodor Codreanu, the distinguished Romanian literary critic, mentioned: "The Bessarabian Romans followed in 1989 the" pastor's staff ", discovering the green drop in the imperial cemetery, the place of settlement to the memory of the dead and the resurrection. This is the real Ion Druta. "
That is why today, when we call the opera and personality of the writer Ion Druta today, we can not forget that the school bell sounds today in the independent and sovereign Republic of Moldova and because teachers such as Horia Holban and pupils like Maria Moscalu knew to defend the "Bridle" of our survival.
"Happy Birthday, Master", wrote Monica Babuc on a socializing network.
