SPORTS IN NEW SCHOOL. Athletes from Floresti will train in better conditions

In Floresti District the construction of a new sports school began. The institution will provide better conditions for training and will be able to host national and international competitions. For this project, 6.5 million lei were allocated from the state budget. The school would be commissioned by the end of next year.
"It is welcome because many students will have the opportunity to train, not to be so tight. Because we have a lot of talents, very many students who want to do sports, namely the fighting," said Danior Islamov, Romans.
"It makes a new, more comfortable room, bigger, to train more children and more motivation."
"We will have more opportunities to build the new hall and I think there will be even greater results."
Coaches say the new training rooms will increase the performance of the athletes.
"There will be new conditions and it will be different. Here, our room is not big, about 5 in 10 meters, and we suffocate in this room," said Iurie Bogdan, coach Floreşti Sports School.
"There will be a room with two carpets for the fight where the training and training lessons will be held in the Greco-Roman fights. Besides the hall there will be a training room where a methodical cabinet, a medical cabinet will be the coach's office, lockers for boys and showers, "said Raisa Bogdan, director of the Floreşti sports school.
The foundation stone of the upcoming sports school was put together at a ceremony attended by Democrat Deputy Eugen Nichiforciuc.
"For the first time in the city of Floresti, a new sports school is being built since the Republic of Moldova is independent, and we have opted for this project." It was also requested by the athletes and by the inhabitants, "said Eugen Nichiforciuc, a Democratic deputy.
The 550 disciples of the Floreşti Sports School practice artistic gymnastics, Greek-Roman fights, judo, football, volleyball, weightlifting and chess.
