The Agency for Customers' Rights obliged a building company obliged to pay the damages caused to a house from Branesti village, Orhei district. This happened after the workers badly repaired a house.

Even if the economic agent offered a five year guarantee, the cracks started to appear after a couples of months.

"The front of the house was the most destroyed."

The owner says that he asked the economic agent to repair the cracks a couple of times, but he ignored him.

"In autumn, I repaired the front once again. I asked them to come and repair the cracks, but they didn't want to ", said Serghei Schilliniuc.

The man complained on the company and it should have returned him 2500 Euro.

"They agency reacted really fast. In two days, they came to ask me for a solution", said Serghei Schilinciuc, costumer.

The representatives of APC say that the problem was solved and the economic agent recognized his guilt.

"The costumer asked to receive his money back. The economic recognized they are guilty", said Ion Barbus, inspector at the Agency for Customer's Rights.

Starting the new year, at the Agency for Human Rights over one thousand complains were made.
