Fines of over 80,000 lei were applied to flower merchants, after the representatives of the State Tax Service overturned several irregularities following the verifications in September 2-3.
In the capital markets, about 40 enterprises were identified, in which various violations were detected: the use of the cash machine and control, cash surplus, failure to present the documents. In these cases, tax fines of 77,000 lei and fines of 8,000 lei were imposed.
At the same time, fiscal posts were established in two authorized markets, on the territory of which 46 businesses sell flowers.
Basically, during the period of monitoring of the flower merchants, the volume of deliveries, according to the data of the cash machines and control during this period, amounted to 423,152 lei, which is well above the volumes recorded outside the tax post period.
