Products of meat and sausages without documents of origin were found in a minibus coming out of the territory of an enterprise in the city of Cricova.
Subsequently, following the breakdowns at the targeted undertaking, where a 53-year-old economic operator has been operating, several economic violations have been identified: the purchase of raw material both in cash and in the absence of acts of origin attesting to a dubious origin merchandise, without accounting for economic transactions, payment vouchers and the use of raw materials without documents of origin in the manufacturing process of the final product in order to reduce the taxes and duties related to the state budget. Much of the finished product is marketed without papers throughout the country.
It has also been established that a large part of the products stored in the enterprise's warehouses are not taken at the balance sheet, as evidenced by the drafting of the double-entry accounting. At the same time, returned cargo with the expired term was found.
Moreover, the ANSA employees detected the semi-finished products ready for marketing stored in the same warehouse with the raw material. Similarly, the finished product lacked a marking that would confirm the traceability, the end of the technological process and the end-of-term consumption, resulting in the danger of the product entering the internal market with erroneous data (date of manufacture, consumption limit).
As a result, over 3,000 kg of raw material and finished product were lifted until a decision was taken by the Municipal Food Safety Directorate. Samples were taken from the entire assortment of goods in stock, in order to establish the hygiene and sanitary standards.
