The head of a high school hostel will be judged for abuse of service

The anticorruption prosecutors have finalized their criminal prosecution and have handed over the criminal case to the head of the hostel in a Chisinau high school, which is accused of abuse of service.
In fact, the woman, using the service situation in the material interest, during the period 2003-2017, hired a person outside the country, in the absence of her agreement, in several cumulative functions within the home she administers, in the basis of the written and signed requests on behalf of the person concerned by the defendant.
Furthermore, the fictitious employee was included in the working time records, the salary of which was calculated and raised by the head of the household, who owned the bank card.
By his actions, the accused caused considerable damage to the budget of the boarding school, to which he belonged, for a total of 418 460 lei.
Please note that the defendant fully acknowledged the guilt of committing the offense and repaired voluntarily the damage caused. It is liable to a fine of between 1350 and 2350 U.c. or imprisonment from 2 to 6 years, in both cases with the deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions for a period of 5 to 10 years.
