Minor from Orhei, detained by Police after breaking several houses in Chisinau

The 16-year-old teenager, residing in Orhei district, was detained by police investigators in the Rascani sector of the Chisinau Police Department, suspected of committing more thefts of houses.
Police officers found that the suspect entered seven homes on the second floor of the residential building during July-August, from where he took away more material goods, causing damage to the owners in the amount of 100,000 lei.
At the same time, the suspect told law enforcement officers that he was penetrating night at night with the windows that were open, after making sure the owners fell asleep.
It is worth mentioning that the previous teenager has been tried for similar crimes.
Under current criminal law, the suspect is being prosecuted in the state of liberty for theft and is liable to a term of imprisonment of up to 4 years.
