Oxana Leahu is a teacher at Petre Stefanuca lyceum from Ialoveni. Recently, she bought an apartment, as she applied to First House project.

The woman took a loan for 13 years and bought a house worth 30 thousand Euro.

Oxana is a budgetary worker and has a child, thus she was approved for First House 2 and 3 project. The woman is happy that she should not rent anymore.

"I started to believe in my own forces more, when I entered in the flat. I analyzed I have my own house", said Oxana Leahu, beneficiary of First House project.

Her son is also happy.

"I like that I have my own room. I can do the homework here."

Oxana Leahu says that due to this project she will stay in Moldova and what does she like.

"I urge people to apply to this project. This way, they will not be forced to leave the country", said the beneficiary of the project.
