Pavel Filip came up with a message for ANTA director. The prime minister said that this can be the last working session fir him, in case the soft won't work till the time they agreed.

"We have approved and entered into force the road transport code from January 1 and some provisions will come into force from  September 1, 2010. These provisions concern the issue of electronic transport authorizations. October and issue of permits is to be made by December 15th.

The new changes have been introduced to eliminate corruption in this system. There was a lot of corruption in the allocation of transport authorizations.

We know the software, the computer is exactly the non-bribery item. We have a lot of resistance in the system and we have seen these things through all the reforms that have been promoted by the Government, and now I know that this software to be implemented as early as September 1 does not work.

I want to send a message to the ANTA director, if this software will not work until the day it is set, it will be the last working day for him, "said Premier Pavel Filip.
