38 applications have already been submitted for granting grants in advance to young people and women who want to start a business in agriculture, announced today Prime Minister Pavel Filip in the debates of the Government meeting.

The files for advance subsidies amount to 19 million lei, and for this year 45 million lei are foreseen for this purpose.

In total, for the grants, almost 2,000 files were filed in the amount of over 450 million lei, which means half of the subsidy fund for agriculture.
