Vatican State Secretary comes to Chisinau. Traffic will be suspended on several streets

Vatican Secretary of State, His Eminence Cardinal Piero Parolin is on a two-day visit to the Republic of Moldova. In this regard, the National Patrol Inspectorate informs that between 14 and 16 September the access of road traffic on some streets will be temporarily suspended.
During the visit, the National Patrolled Inspectorate will ensure public order and road safety, prevent and counteract possible violations of the rule of law.
PUBLIKA.MD informs that on the evening of Saturday, at 18.00, the Cardinal will preside at the Divine Providence Cathedral, the Liturgy of the Jubilee for 25 years since the establishment of the first structures of the Catholic Church in the Republic of Moldova.
The ceremony will be attended by the Roman Catholic Bishop of Chisinau, Monsignor Anton COŞA, Apostolic Nuncio for Romania and the Republic of Moldova, Mons. Miguel Maury BUENDÍA, Bishop of Iaşi, Mons. Peter GHERGHEL, Mons. Aurel PERCA, as well as representatives of the Orthodox religious authorities and state authorities.
