Children and young people in Gavanoasa, Cahul district, can now play football in better conditions. A modern mini-football court was set up in the locality. It has a high-quality artificial grass rug and 40 seats.
The first goal in the new field gate was registered by the mayor of the commune.
Several schoolchildren in the locality had no patience and played a football game right after the inauguration:
"We like the new minifotball court. It's new to us because until now there were old balls that we brought home from home".
"We like to play football, here was a field, but it was not artificial grass, it was sand, it was hard to play".
"I'm glad they made this football field that we'll have a place to play. We will not get dirty".
The stadium was arranged instead of the old football field.
"It is very good, I am delighted when I see the smiles of these children when they run here and enjoy this mini-football field very much", said Vadim Ivanov, Mayor of Găvănoasa village, Cahul.
"It was necessary because the football field that was here, according to the project, has been worn out long. Evening evening, right from the first day when the carpet was installed until late in the evening, the guards told me that they were he is going to stand until morning to beat the ball", said Tatiana Alexandrova, director of the high school in Gavanoasa, Cahul district.
The total value of the investments amounts to over 400,000 lei, money from the state budget.
"We have a great deal of effort and succeed when working in a team. Not only in cities, but also in rural areas, we have the opportunity to develop localities, to provide the best for children," said Elena Bacalu, deputy of the PDM.
Since 2015, over 400 such lands have been set up in several localities in the country. The works take place within the project "All together", initiated by the Football Federation and supported by the Government.
