Aid for young farmers. AIPA begun second step of receiving grant applications in advance

The Intervention and Payment Agency for Agriculture starts the second stage of receiving the grant applications in advance. It will last until November 14th.
So far, 38 files have been filed, the total amount of projects being 19 million lei. Young farmers and women who want to set up business in agriculture can benefit from advance payments.
For this purpose, 45 million lei were planned for this year. The financial support will be granted on the basis of the investment projects submitted by persons who carry out for the first time an economic activity in the agri-food sector and are not affiliated to another agricultural producer.
Farmers will be able to benefit once only from this financial support, the value of which is up to 650 thousand lei. The grant will be provided in two installments.
