Government Reshuffles. The cabinet will have two new ministers. It is the Minister of Health, Labor and Social Protection Health and the Minister of Agriculture and Regional Development. During the weekly meeting of the Democratic Party of Moldova Premier Pavel Filip thanked the former ministers for the work done during this period and said he has many expectations from the new ministers.
"Hello everyone. You know that the evaluation process is a continuous process". This also happened after long talks we had with the team and we concluded that we should make some reshuffles in the Government, and I want to thank the whole teams that have worked so far because a lot of good things have been done and results have been achieved. Just a principle that I and my whole PDM team have to look at things and results is not compared to what I have but look at what I was able to do with potential. For my part, the potential was higher in some areas than the results were achieved.
You know, today we have decided to make changes to two ministers - the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Regional Development, Mr. Liviu Volconovici will be replaced by Nicolae Ciubuc. He is currently the head of the AIPA agency. He has proved to be a great manager and a professional in the agricultural field.
Another area is that of health. Ms Svetlana Cebotari will be replaced by Mrs. Silvia Radu. And we have made progress since the beginning of the mandate and several reforms have been made. And in this way, I want to thank Mrs Svetlana Cebotari for the work she has done in this area, and I very much care about Mrs. Silvia Radu's managerial areas and capabilities.
I want the Government to be less involved in politics or, rather, in electoral chances. This is why we have insisted on some reshuffling now so that we continue to focus on implementing the governance program. I wish the new team a lot of dedication. Give us nothing but "tears, labor and sweat", said Premier Pavel Filip.
