The criminal case of accusing a resident of
Balabaneşti village, Criuleni district, the
intentional murder of the former concubine, but also the illegal keeping of ammunition was sent to the court.
The tragedy occurred on the night of May 30 to May 31, but the case came to light in a few days when law enforcement officials were alerted by a woman announcing her girlfriend's disappearance.
According to prosecutors, the dead body of the missing woman was found in the murderer's garden.
The tragedy happened after the 38-year-old victim, who was at the former concubine's home, quarreled with him. Following the conflict, the defendant struck her in the head region, and the woman died on the spot. To hide the traces of crime, the day after the murder,
the man buried the woman's body in her own garden, and her clothes and her phone burned them.Also, during the searches,
at the defendant's home, three cartridges belonging to the category of lethal ammunition and which were illegally preserved by him were detected and lifted.The 48-year-old man admitted his guilt. If found guilty,
he risks from 10 to 15 years imprisonment.
