A 15 years old, a resident of the capital, was detained by the police, suspected of committing several thefts.
The first case was registered on July 23 of this year, when the suspect entered a church on Iznovat Street, by damaging the window. He stole several goods and money, causing an estimated loss of 20,400 lei.
Another case took place on 27 July, when an individual repeatedly entered the same church, whereupon he stole a 100,000-million-dollar inlaid crook with crossed stones.
Subsequently, he entered a university on Voluntari Street in the Capital City, through the deterioration of the glass, where from two offices he stole a mobile phone, a monitor and computer parts, causing a damage of 11,800 lei.
Also in investigations and prosecutions, law enforcement officers have determined that the previous individual has also been prosecuted for similar crimes. Policemen undertake special additional investigative measures to establish his complicity in other similar cases recorded in the capital.
At the hearings, he acknowledged his guilt, telling the police that he committed the crimes for lack of money. Since the suspect is a minor, he is prosecuted in a state of freedom.
