CAREER FAIR: 55 companies in different fields are waiting for candidates
Those who want to find a job can do these days at the biggest career fair in Chisinau. The 55 companies and NGOs are ready to take on both qualified and unskilled workers. As usual, young people look for a well-paid job, while the elderly focus on working conditions.
"In the public catering I finished the university and I came to try to see. -Engineer, technologist, administrator, more conditions, the team counts, 7-8 thousants up, I know".
"Architects, architects, designers, desires in the field, everything that is related to architecture If you speak honestly about 10 thousand, up to 20 thousand. -What do you want to work with?"
"In economist accounting or questionnaires for the organization, to communicate with the passers by normal conditions from 8 to 17.00 Monday to Friday".
"What I'm looking for - What functions would you like to do?- I already have a very old age and no function at all. -Guardian day work at the door to stay".
Most work offers came from IT companies.
"We do not train, we need trained specialists. The margin starts from 700 euros up," said a representative of a company, Irina Rusu.
The Autumn edition of the Career Fair was attended by about 10 foreign companies.
"We want to expand in both the RM and Serbia to see which market would be best for us." We are looking for specialists in different technologies, the desktop side, we are also looking for SAP specialists", said Sandor Bortos, a representative of a Romanian company.
Some employers have come up with offers for people with special needs.
"We already have such people working, we are trying to find the right place for them", said a company representative, Viorica Lozinschi.
According to the organizers, the companies were selected after several surveys.
"The purpose of this fair is to bring young people with attractive employment opportunities and attractive jobs," said organizer Alina Agafiţei.
The biggest career fair has reached its 14th edition.
