The Constitutional Court will decide today whether to establish the interim at Presidency of the country. This was decided after the DPM deputies filed a petition to this effect late last week. The motive served Igor Dodon's repeated refusal to appoint Nicolae Ciubuc and Silvia Radu as Ministers.
Legislators have asked the Court to examine emergency referral to avoid institutional blockade. According to the Constitution, the president may reject the candidatures only once, and if the prime minister repeats them, he is obliged to sign the decrees.
Previously, the High Court also set up temporary temporary office in the presidency three times after Igor Dodon refused to appoint more ministers and sign the anti-propaganda law.
