Balti Economic Free Zone enlarges its territory by 23 ha. Today, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the draft law in this sense. Thus, a land that belongs to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research will now be managed by Balti FEZ.
According to Chiril Gaburici, the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, this will attract foreign investors in the zone.
The land is placed in Crihana Veche village, from Cahul District and it is a state belonging.
Some preliminary calculations have shown that the Balti FEZ will improve the investment in this region.
In 8 years of activity, Balti FEZ has became a powerful industrial zone. It manages 11 subzones in 5 districts from 3 regions of the country.
