Osmochescu: President Dodon violated Constitution enough times to initiate the impeachment procedure

President Dodon has repeatedly violated the Constitution, which is enough to initiate the dismissal procedure. This opinion is the former member of the Constitutional Court Nicolae Osmochescu. In an interview for Radio Free Europe, he said there are good reasons for initiating the President's impeachment procedure.
"Since Mr Dodon has been president of the Republic of Moldova, he has violated several times more seriously and seriously, with far more negative effects, the Constitution, and have accumulated absolutely enough or more than enough reasons and criteria to initiate the procedure of impeachment", said Nicolae Osmochescu.
Nicolae Osmochescu does not exclude that Igor Dodon will be temporarily suspended because he is starting from the start against some laws he will not promulgate. The head of state was suspended from office four times after the decisions taken in this respect by the Constitutional Court. The reasons were the violation of the Constitution and the repeated refusal to appoint the ministers proposed for Health and Agriculture.
