The single electronic counter has been presented to businessmen in the north of the country. The information system allows for the solicitation, payment and receipt of the documents allowed exclusively online.
Every permissive act is a passport detailing the steps the applicant for a permissive act, the state tax, and the release terms must pass. This will allow the submission of any online application on the services.gov.md portal, including uploading the necessary confirmatory documents.
The applicant will receive an automatic confirmation that the application has been submitted, with the release deadline, after which it will receive notifications regarding the processing stage of the application.
The automation system automatically extracts existing data in the state registers connected through MConnect - from the state of payments to the national public budget to the validity of licenses or permits.
"In this sense, we made a series of reforms: procedural reform - we optimized the number of institutions with control functions from 58 to 13, we digitized the control processes, decriminalized the criminal legislation that targeted the business environment and we reduced considerably the number of permitted acts", said the state secretary, Vitalie Iurcu.
According to Executive Director PAC II, Aurel Casian, using the One-Stop Shop, business people will have the chance to save time and resources, thus increasing their returns.
Attending the event was Douglas Muir, Director of the USAID Structural Reform Program in Moldova: "We are glad to contribute to the government's efforts to improve the business environment both in this way and in the various activities that we carry out in partnership.
The Perfect Acts Management and Release Desk is funded by the World Bank through the Competitiveness Improvement Project II and was launched on July 9. The information campaign is funded by USAID through the structural reform program in Moldova.
