The dean of Law Faculty of the State University of Moldova, Sergiu Branza will be sent to trial. The session will take place at the Buiucani Court. Viorel Berliba lawyer is still in the CNA penitentiary.

The two of them have been detained two days ago. They are blamed of peddling. According to the Anti-Corruption prosecutors, in August, Berliba offered some money to Sergiu Branza, in order to help some students pass the thesis. Today, the prosecutors decided that they will request preventive arrest.
