Next year the price of the insurance policy remains unchanged - 4,056 lei, already for the fourth consecutive year.
According to a communique of the National Health Insurance House, reductions will be maintained for certain categories of people.
For example, landowners who purchase the policy by 1 April 2019 will receive a 75% discount on the price. And the founders of individual enterprises and the non-employed citizens will pay 2.028 lei.
At the same time, the percentage percent of the salary and other rewards will remain as much as 9 percent, which will be paid by employers and employees in equal shares of 4.5 percent.
Individuals who will not be insured until April 2 will pay the full amount with a fine and a penalty.
