One of the defendants after Friday searches at the City Hall will spend behind bars the next 20 days.
Three other persons were placed in home arrest for 30 days. The decisions have been taken by the Buiucani Court.
Also, two of the defendants in the case of allowing some unauthorized buildings were released, after they recognized their guilt.
The three employees of the architecture direction, an expert and two intermediaries were placed behind bars after NAC and Anti-Corruption Center evolved an investigation.
People of the law investigated 30 addresses. The searches took place within a criminal file where 25 people are blamed of bribery and peddling.
According to the prosecutors, they are involved in dozens of cases of obtaining fraudulent building permits.
