Families in Chisinau, who have three or more children in kindergarten, will receive financial aid within the limit of 700 lei per month.
The Chisinau Municipal Council decided today at the meeting with the vote of 43 counselors, wrote Moldpres. Chairman of Education, Youth and Sport, Viorica Negrei, said that 111 children from 37 families who were eligible for the allowance were identified.
"We want to support families with more children so that parents do not go abroad. Financial aid will be very helpful to these families", said Negrei.
In order to receive the allowance, parents will apply to the kindergarten their children are going to attend. Allowances will be calculated and offered from September 1.
The financial receipts will be monthly and for September-December 2018, the municipal budget will be 104 thousand lei provided for the objective.
