Nearly one million trees will be planted in Moldova next week. In the campaign "Together we plan a future", dozens of people went out to the greening action. The campaign was initiated by the Democratic Party. A thousand seedlings were planted today only in the forest around the village of Capriana, Straseni district.
"That was one of the reasons for accepting these beautiful invitations, because I want all our children to take into account the nature that surrounds us, what kind of trees they are, how much will be planted".

People say that through this action they want to provide future generations with a cleaner environment.

Several members of the DPM participated in the action.
"The Democratic Party continues the range of beautiful things through various actions that are quite useful to society and our future. Today, practically all of the country, at the appeal of the Democratic Party, is in their districts participating in a very beautiful action under the generic" Together we plant a future" said DPM deputy, Violeta Ivanov.
"For the first time, I participated in such a campaign in 2003. First, this is teamwork, people came here to work, to breathe fresh air, to be closer to nature", said DPM deputy Alexandr Bannicov.
The campaign for the greening of the plaice was supported by "Moldsilva" agency.
"This action, from an ecological point of view, is very beneficial for the Republic of Moldova, within this action will be planted about 530 hectares," said the director of "Moldsilva" Agency, Ion Haralampov.
At present, 12 per cent of our country is occupied by forests.
